Dispatch Operations

Dispatch support built around your operation.

Our dispatch team sources, negotiates and books freight for your trucks inside the lanes, equipment rules and rate expectations you set. Every load is booked under your authority, and nothing is booked without your approval.

How we work with you

You set the rules. We work inside them.

  • You define your lanes, equipment rules, minimum rates, home time and broker preferences.
  • We present each load with the broker, lane, weight and rate before it is booked.
  • You approve, and we book, confirm and coordinate the trip.
  • Turning down a load costs you nothing.
What we do not promise. No dispatcher controls the freight market. We do not promise rates, revenue, or a set number of loads per week. We do promise a consistent process and clear communication on every load.
FAQ

Common questions

Do you provide dispatch-only services?

Yes. Our Dispatch Support package covers load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker communication, load booking and trip coordination, for carriers that handle their own back office.

Do carriers maintain control over their operations?

Yes. You keep your authority and your decisions. Loads are booked under your own MC number, nothing is booked without your approval, and you can turn down any load. The exact service structure and responsibilities are set out in the carrier agreement.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes. Many brokers want a carrier to have some time in business before they will set it up, which is exactly when a new carrier needs an organized desk working the brokers that will. Tell us when your authority was granted in the fleet assessment.
