Nature of our services

Smart Lane Solutions provides dispatch and administrative support services to motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and not a freight broker. We do not hold operating authority, we do not take possession of freight, and we do not sell shipper freight to carriers. Loads are booked under the carrier's own operating authority, and the contract for carriage is between the carrier and the broker or shipper.

Carrier responsibility and control

The carrier remains responsible for, and in control of, its transportation operation, including its authority, insurance, safety, drivers, equipment and regulatory compliance. Service structure and responsibilities are defined by the carrier agreement and applicable laws and regulations.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee load volume, specific lanes, rates, revenue, income or payment timelines. Freight availability and rates are set by the market. Any figure discussed is an estimate, not a promise of future results.
