1. The short version
We collect what you type into our form, plus a record of the consent you gave, and we use it to call you about dispatch. We do not sell or rent carrier information to anyone. Ask us to delete it and we will.
2. What we collect
When you submit the form on this Site, we receive and store:
| What | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Your name | So a dispatcher knows who they are calling. |
| Mobile number | To contact you. Stored in standardised international format. |
| MC or DOT number | Optional. To look up your authority status before we call. |
| Truck count | To know whether we are a fit for your operation. |
| Equipment | To match you to the right freight. |
| Authority status | Own authority, leased on, or pending. This determines whether dispatch makes sense for you at all. |
| Consent record | The exact wording you agreed to, the time you agreed, the page you were on, your IP address, your country, and your browser's user-agent string. See section 3. |
If you call us or we call you, we also keep notes from that conversation: your lanes, your equipment, and what you asked us to do next.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, driver's licence images, or insurance documents through this website.
3. Why we keep a consent record
United States telemarketing law (the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) does not just require that you gave permission to be called. It requires that we can show what you agreed to and when. That is why we store the consent wording verbatim alongside a timestamp, the page URL, and the IP address the submission came from. It exists to protect you as much as us: it is the evidence of exactly what you were shown.
We keep only the first consent record for any given phone number. Later submissions from the same number add detail such as equipment or truck count, but never overwrite the original consent.
4. How we use it
- To call or text you about dispatch services;
- To decide whether we are a fit before we spend your time on a call;
- To keep a record that you asked to be contacted;
- To honour opt-out and do-not-call requests, which requires keeping your number on a suppression list.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not profile you for advertising.
5. Calls made by an AI assistant
Some of our outbound calls are placed by an AI voice assistant. It identifies itself as an AI at the beginning of the call. Calls may be processed by third-party speech-to-text, text-to-speech and language-model providers in order to run the conversation, and a transcript and summary of the call may be retained so a human dispatcher can pick up where the assistant left off.
You can ask at any point to speak to a person instead, or ask to be removed. Both are actioned immediately.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade carrier information. It is not passed to lead brokers, list sellers, or marketing companies.
We share it only with service providers who operate parts of our system on our behalf, and only to the extent they need it:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and stores form submissions at the edge;
- Telephony and voice providers: to place calls and send text messages;
- Speech and language-model providers: to operate the AI assistant on calls.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, for example, producing a consent record in response to a complaint.
7. How long we keep it
We keep carrier contact details for as long as you are a customer or an active prospect. Consent records are kept for at least five years, because that is the window in which a TCPA claim can be brought and the record is the defence to it.
If you ask to be removed, we delete your details but retain your phone number on a do-not-call suppression list indefinitely. We have to. It is the only way to guarantee we never call you again.
8. Your choices and how to opt out
- Text message: reply STOP to any text and you are removed automatically.
- On a call: say you want to be removed, to a person or to the AI assistant, and it is actioned on the spot, with no questions and no rebuttal.
- By phone: call (612) 225-9651 and ask.
You may also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including, in some states, the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, but the other rights are available to you on request regardless of your state.
9. Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage. Access is limited to the people who run our dispatch desk. The form also carries basic anti-spam protection.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not hold financial or identity documents on this website, which keeps the consequences of any incident limited.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party advertising pixels. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (including IP addresses) for security, abuse prevention, and to deliver the site.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads in order to serve the font files.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business service. The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we contact you will be reflected in the consent wording on the form itself.
13. Contact
To ask what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to be removed from our calling list:
- Phone: (612) 225-9651
- Or use the form on our site and tell us what you need.
